Requesting a full ban on Powercapped [Yaroow]

This report is made out for Yarrow, If any other moderators want to be filled in just add me to skype: Keldeosythe, It'd just be an easier situation as Yarrow has been briefed up to this point.


Powercapped had a "random roll" questing service for free questing.
I won said service for him to do Monkey Madness on my account. He quickly realizes that it will be hard and tries to back out of it with no reason

After discussion Sythe moderators (Zippy, who wasent around for much) and Yarrow were brought into the conversation. after talking the moderators ruling was the service must be done by Powercapped. the entire time he was being deliberately difficult and trying to get out of doing the quest and work, at one point saying he would not be able to start any quests until after christmas.

After Yarrow stated the quest must be completed by Sunday (tonight) Power instantly messaged me and asked for the information so he could "start questing" on the account.

Edit: Also Yarrow had mentioned he was making a report where the terms for agreement were made, if somebody could merge that with this thread it would be appreciated.

 

From the information he gave me, it appears you were cyber-bullying him in to this.

However, a deal is a deal.
