Lululu Is A Ban Evader + Impersonating Sythe.org Staff

As you see there, the skype gold.scape was being used to impersonate sythe staff member Dave.

I had some suspicions about lululu (although this wasn't my original suspicion, only something I found), so I resolved his skype 'sythelululu' found here:
http://www.sythe.org/runescape-private-server-markets/1655291-ssgp-sale.html

Resolver found here:

And it resulted in this ip:
78.150.171.166

When you enter it here:
http://resolveme.org/ip2skype.php?do=resolve

There's only 2 skypes that result, being:
gold.scape | sythelululu

And he has also already been banned once, as you can see in this report:

Reporting one of his posts showing his skype now, incase he pulls some bullshit trying to edit his posts to hide his skype as some scammers have done in the past.
