Shine20078 scammed me almost 1000$

How they scammed: Never paid me

Bitcoin transactions are not chargebackable so she is delaying me for nothing obviously

The problem is either Shine wallet is bugged or no one knows why she dont have the coin
Extra info: Gaved her 14+ hours to fix his problem but after talkin with Pockets and RON MMORPG and read threads on bitcointalk about that i decide to report her.
In my end the trade is done. I went first to her,i have proof of transaction and chainblock.

Note there is more than 80+ confirmations (only 6 needed) and his wallet cannot be clicked to be traced by payments (obvious bugged or something which isn't my fault)
After talking again with Pockets he didnt know why her wallet cannot be clicked on the blockchain which is weird and unusual.

Well she gaved me wrong adress which is not my fault.
Everyting from my part is done and i am in need of my money.
She confirm his wallet adress via screenshot and she told me he copy/paste the adress from his bitcoin wallet software: http://i.imgur.com/dc3FioV.png

I have no control on the blockchains/bitcoin network at all and its not my fault he have broken/bugged wallet.
I went first to her because of her feedback but ad the end,it seems like she isn't so experienced with that kind of trades.
