Nations_Collapse is an offsite scammer

Apparently the skype doesn't match the user on Powerbot, but it clearly matches him as seen in the below thread.

Edit: I've just realized that there's an extra "l" and it's more than likely an impostor........ When the resolver I use works (it's currently experiencing some form of error) i'll resolve the skype and perhaps an ipcheck can be done to see if the scammer involved in the pb report is indeed a staff member if that's alright?
