Got scammed by mrc711 ID 382105

Right after that, I sent him the gift as promised, here is proof of that happening:

After all of this, I still go no payment whatsoever. The user has removed me from my Steam Friends list, is offline on sythe for a long time also. But, I catched him online today, on Xbox (Has a linked gamertag)

Conclusion. Its been a week since I did not get my payment. I have sent a message to him on Skype and on Xbox Live. If he doesnt answer, then im pretty sure he is definitly a scammer.
