Read through Optikal's eBay guide. Simple and covers pretty much everything required in order to begin earning a revenue. May need to spend a couple of hours beforehand depending on how much effort is put in.
Once set, around 5-10minutes a day is required depending on how much is earned.
This method is completely legal and effective if done exactly as explained.
Does not require anything, just general eBay skills and typing. Has potential to earn well over said amount if done efficiently.

You don't need to buy/re-sell anything. There is a small amount of writing though, literally a couple of minutes. But feel free to ask me any questions you may need asnwered.
