Just to help you out... Even if its on camera and you get scammed you cannot sue. You are not allowed to buy an account off of someone legally because it is property of Jagex, not the person who made the account. Thats why so many people scam. No morals. Just dont want to put you in a bad situation, good luck with the account hunt!!

 

If an agreement is reached that is video taped I can sue them. Even if it was a property of jygex, he will refund my money because he broke a mutual agreement. Anyways I'm buying an account right now, while typing this( on my way to the guy's house) thanks for your good intention
