    True but Jagex cant prove that that is the account. Anyone Can Put up a random guy on the highscores and say its them, so he still has his Identity sealed.

    This acct is worth well over 1b, are you kidding me? Also, with an account like this, no matter how much info he gives you, he'll still be able to recover it back under any circumstance. If a trade is done, I advise you use PlayerAuctions.
