    Maybe 2m for the account. Not much.

    Bot busting ban destroys the value of most account unless they're just amazing.
    Not really any useful levels on the account. Not sure why anyone would buy it.

    Unlikely, was it permed for botting? Jagex hardly looks at appeals, only way to really get in contact with them is through their accounts email.
