PC League of legends account Silver 4

Want a price check on my league of legends accounts. It is in Silver 4, has 77 champions and 55 skins.

I'd say approximately ranging from $20-$40 mainly due to PAX Sivir.

 

So like $300 worth of champions/skins is worth a whopping $40? Lol. A Pax sivir code by itself is that price. :/

 

Usually depends on what skins are on an account. The top 20-30 rarest skins usually help to increase the account value. Also since your account is Silver 4 that's going to hinder the price. Still, you could possibly find a buyer for a little over the price range I mentioned. Also, the individual prices of skins honestly don't really have much of an impact on the account unless they are in the top 20 rarest.

 

So I could have an account with all champions and all skins in the store worth like $75 if it doesn't have rare skins? lol

 

People aren't going to pay retail / anywhere close to retail if it's not their own account. Think of a runescape account. A maxed account has easily over 100 days played, which if you were to convert that to an actual job would be priced over 5000$ earning minimum wage, however they'd sell for less than 500$.

Sure, having all champs, all runes, all skins and everything unlocked would be a good selling point, but that's not what people are interested. Most people are interested in the following:
Rarity of skins (PAX skins, Victorious Skins, not available skins)
Rank placement
Hidden MMR

I'd only expect at max 5-10% of the real cash you put into it.
Honestly, for all the time and money you spent on it, it'd make a lot more sense to keep it just to occasionally play / have fun with.

 

The first part of what you said doesn't even make sense. You can't compare how much time someone has played on an account to what an actual job pays.

I understand that PAX TF is worth a good amount of money but I don't see how an account with just that and nothing else is worth more than an account with say all champions, all skins, etc. Seeing as how you'd have to spend just as much to make the account worth using.

I guess my thought process is just different than others lol.

 

Well, to your Pax TF point, it's rarity. Anyone can make an account and get all champs, all skins, and all runes given time and money. However Pax TF is extremely expensive and has a very limited availability and will never be re-released. That's why it's more sought after and more expensive.

People don't care about completeness of an account because they can always finish that at their own pace (champs, runes, etc). They care about rarity of skins and the rank placement as that may not be something they can change.

 

My thought process, even though it's obviously flawed, is that it costs way more to get all champions (unless you want to spend a couple hundred days of time played to buy with ip), skins, etc etc, than it is to buy pax tf.

I obviously know why accounts with rare skins are worth more but I don't understand how much money already spent on the account isn't even a factor, is basically what i'm getting at.

 

Yes, but as I said, it's not about cost. It's about rarity. You can still buy every champion and every skin whenever you wanted to. Pax TF is one of (if not the most) rare skin with a very limited availability. People want rarity. High demand, low supply, which makes an account with Pax TF sought after more. It may cost more in sheer price to buy every skin and every champion, but it's a lot harder to obtain a Pax TF skin then simply going on the store and shelling out 800$ on champs and skins.

 

If your account was Plat you could look at anywhere between $100-$200

 

That rank devalues the account alot, Id pay more if it didn't have a rank, id say 40-50, But hey i got lucky an sold a gold 5 for $100 With NO skins & 2 rune pages

 

Like I sold an account that was level 5 with just pax sivir and riot blitz/arcade hec for $40. lol

Bringing this post back up because the account is silver 2 right now. Is the price going to rise much from silver 2 if I get it into gold? If so, what would you think the price would be with it being gold.

Account now has 82 champions, 10 rune pages(which I forgot the mention in the op), a lot of runes, etc.

 

Won't rise. If it got to P5, it would a tiny bit.
