RS main price check

I'm looking at selling my main shortly due to me losing interest in runescape. I've got a new small business starting up and selling my rs account could help boost my starting funds. The account has all 80+ skills and a total level of 2374. The account has 14 99's including: dungeoneering, construction, hunter, strength, attack, defense, range, fletching, herblore, prayer, constitution, woodcutting, firemaking, and cooking. The account has void, weapon hand and off hand chaotic rapiers, longswords, and crossbows. All quests are completed minus "the brink of extinction". The account also has a POH worth 300m and around 100m in extreme potions. It also has 6 different skill pendants and all the valentines day rewards. The account was created in 2005 and has all the holiday events up until christmas of 2012. There's also a handful of auras and other loyalty program rewards. I'm looking to quit the game and am just wanting a fair estimate on how much the account is worth so I can consider selling it. I'd say around 800M-1000M/$400. It's a great account, however RS07 has dropped the price of EOC accounts.
