    100K. You could improve by actually levelling up some stats that make accounts more valuable. I.E; herblore, slayer, dung, summoning.

    I'd say 100k, but idk who would really buy it tbh because it would only take a super small amount of time to get that, no offence but yeah I think if you found a buyer 75-100k.
