Bought gold twice in 2 days, now 3 day ban

Any idea if they're going to hit me with the double tap? Worst thing I can imagine is the detect the first RWT, ban, and then detect the 2nd RWT and say that I did it twice and then give me a longer than 3 day ban.

Been buying gold for years and haven't gotten a ban. Did you buy bulk? I mean I could see someone getting banned on a lvl 3 and having 1-2b traded on it but a maxed main or something like that idk.

 

It's not safe to buy gold anymore. Anyone who says otherwise is a gold seller.

 

I've been caught on my maxed main every single time i've bought gold. Doesn't matter from who. It's definitely not safe. Not sure how people are buying gold like you are and not getting caught.

 

I bought 100m twice on a F2P alt on a VPN and didn't get hit. Maybe it's just bad luck. Also, buying again on the same account pretty much guarantees a ban. Use an alt with mem and reasonable levels and a cap of ~500M or so per trade, and rest it for 2+ months.

 

You're already flagged in their systems and being monitored more heavily for future offenses.

Using a f2p account just to trade and nothing else + a VPN IP that hundreds of other people have used sounds like a quick way to catch a ban. Doing anything different to normal is giving reason for their systems to flag your trade as possible RWT.

Just trade on the accounts you usually play on and be smart with you who trade. Its not that hard to avoid bans.

 

Oh, I'm aware. I'm just saying that their systems aren't 100% vigilant. It's made me wonder what the ban rate is even in a worst case scenario, and it doesn't seem bad. Ideally, a P2P acc with some levels and age, with resting, is ideal. Always will be. Home IP, too.

 

Any time I've purchased gold its never been more then a few 100 mills at a time. My account is old AF, and I haven't got a ban yet thankfully. Another thread is posted a guy got a 3-day ban followed by a 7-day ban when he decided to purchase gold again.

 

Depends who you buy from, if your buying from people who just recycle accounts your gonna get banned simple as that.

Buying from sellers who use high level accounts is always the go to for me.
