    Can I use 530 cache on a 666 base?

I want to start a new server, but since I don't like Java too much I am trying to get a C# source.
The problem is Xenorune inspired one, I cant get the client nor server files, but I can get the 530 cache.
On Jolt v2 I can get the client and server files but I cannot get the 666 cache. I prefer the 530 revision over 666 to be honest. So what I am asking for is a few things:
    Can I use 530 cache on a 666 base (jolt v2)?
Anybody have a C# base 317-530 preferred, but higher revisions is cool too?
I am completely new, so don't know much about rs development. It is so hard to find places where they explain all from start till end. I really want a C# server base, since I don't like Java that much.

In the RSPS scene, you're really only going to be able to find Java sources (look on Rune-Server). It's a nice language to get to understand also as a lot of things use Java on a daily basis. About the 530 cache on a 666, the simple answer is no. It will cause too many bugged out items/models/objects/npcs etc. If you're wanting to use a 666 I recommend "Feather", it can be found on Rune-Server and is an excellent base to use for a 666. :)

ALSO, PLEASE DO NOT RESORT TO USING TIZENX. THANK YOU.

I strongly suggest not doing what this man ^^^ says because that's how you lose a quick $100, start your own base as a learning experience and you will know everything about your source, more successful as well :)

you're really only going to find python or java coded servers afaik, could find an old groovy coded one, but groovy isn't good at all for this either.
Your best bet really is just using java, you can be spoon fed anything from how similar the code is throughout all sources, esp. PI and delta.

could start off with pi 317 and cache pack any revision you need with galkons cache pack method, though you do get a lot of hate from using pi since its a factoid about everyone being spoon fed every code and method in pi. i mean it is a shit base, but you really are at the basics here.

Thank you for the information :)
Currently watching some java game development youtube videos, trying to understand how to get a game going. I have not a great idea where to start, so guess this is my best choice at the time being.
I really love the rsps schene and I would love to get into the development community as soon as possible. Every little bit of information helps greatly! Thanks!
