    I usually do 5 sets of military push ups until failure to build outer chest then 4 sets of diamond push ups til failure it just depends what are you trying to do maximize your push-up count or target a certain chest area

    I don't necessarily have pushup routine, however pushups are one of the most overlooked exercise alongside pullups. I will typically finish my chest workout with I guess you could say "elevated" pushups. I will put my feet on a platform/bench and get two dumbbells so I can go deeper into my pushups. They hit another level of fibers.

    On good days I can do the first couple sets 40+ quick then after that I get burned out and go to failure

    I do a set of 10-15 push ups in between my workouts on chest and triceps day.

    It does not matter how long it takes you to do them.

    12 Push ups - Bench press - 12 push ups - Skull Crushers (Triceps) - 12 push ups - Dumbbell bench press - 12 Push ups - Dips (Triceps) - 12 Push ups - Incline Bench press - 12 Push ups - Pull downs (Triceps) - 12 push ups - Chest Flys (Free weight or guided) - 12 Push ups

    that actually sounds a lot better than just burning out at the end like I do, do you do this every chest day?

    Yeah every chest day

    I do the same thing for Biceps and Back on tuesdays. Starting with 10 pull ups - Outer curls - 10 chin ups - Dumbbell rows - 10 pull ups - preacher curls - 10 chin ups - Close Grip Pull downs- 10 Pull ups - Guided curls (Machine) - 10 Chin ups

    Then on my Cardio day i do burn outs
