High School/college complications *Grades and Sports

So I've ran into a HUGE predicament. One that possibly might seem very stupid to you, but is very important to me and pretty much my career.
So first to let off a little insight, I'm that "perfect child".
For my first 2 years of highschool, I had a 4.2gpa (Honors/AP classes, qualified for njhs, president of some clubs, the perfect student, etc) But I'v sortof hit rock bottom -If I can say that- My grades have dropped; 3.5 gpa, broke up with girlfriend, got kicked out of some clubs for getting a B the final semester, and just everything seems to be crashing down. With college applications coming around, so much stress is on me now.
A little more insight, I've grown up in a very strict household. Grades always had to be high, chores always needing to be done in the house at strict times, had to play AAU in sports *which might sound dumb, but I mean I had practice every single morning and evening except for Sunday (Which on Sunday, we would go to church, go shopping, eat lunch, have a evening run, come home-sleep)* but I live in a pretty spoiled life imo. Although it might not seem like it, some kids my age don't even have my gpa or have parents who aim for me to be the best I can, or even have the time to go to church, etc.
But this is where I get into a huge problem.
I'm a "teen bodybuilder", being a sophomore at 5'10, 175 pounds, benching 245, basketball point guard. I wasn't one of those fat "bodybuilders" who JUST bench, I've always been fit because of constant sports and running, etc. Not trying to brag, but I was super fit. Shirts were getting tight on me, girls wanted to get pics with me @ the beach, I was looking like Jeff Seid l0l. The problem? Well, I joined track this year and have always been a sprinter. I broke the school record for 8th grade 100m @ 11.97, so I knew in highschoo I would be "amazing". But... Going to districts and regionals/states against 9/10/11/12th graders, made me look shitty. I ran 10.9 and got 8th in districts ffs. Long story short, I told mycoach I hated the 100m and ... Was placed in the mile. Not lying, I cried. There's kids who run 4:20's in my district and I HATE losing. *Keep in mind, as a bodybuilder, we're trying new supplements and overdosing on creatine/etc* During the race, I was doing great, except fr the last lap. I had to stop because my heart was THUDDING so hard and it hurt like fire every single beat/It was because of all the supplements I was taking and it was just bad for me. But my coach saw that I was able to run a 3:15 1200m without any distance training... I was placed on the distance team.
I really didn't mind this, until I realized how heavy a pound of weight was. As a distace runner, any sortof pound you put on HAS to be healthy or you will feel it during your race and it HURTS. With consistent training, I was @ a 4:16 mile, 170 pounds.
Sidenote: I loved going to the beaches, I met so many friends and girls and it was just awesome because I could get away from all the struggles of my life just going to the beach and meeting new smiles
After track was over, a runner up @ state championships, I wanted to quit running. ... But then the report card came in. The 3.5gpa REALLY hurt my family, and I know I disappointed them. I can't get into my colleges with that type of gpa. Yes, I know "it's also the ACT" but I am not going to risk my career on that test. Well, I was contacted by a few colleges for a track & field scholarship. I never rally realized how good I was @ running until that stupid "I hate the 100m" *turns out, my dad was the ohio state 800m champion back in the old days*. So
    here's the problem.
I can get into any major college if I join XC and improve my times. A 4:07- mile will get me anywhere on a huge % of scholarship... But, I HAVE/HAD to cut. In the offseason of track, I put back on 20 pounds of muscle and was up to 185 and was looking amazing, but I went running and you would think I ran a 6:00 mile... So I decided to cut. I've lost over 35 pounds. I absolutely HATE it, I look SO FRAIL and going to the beach isn't fun because no girls wanna talk to me *ik it's dumb* But all of this is because of that mile. When I quit my supplements, I was able to cut and run without any pain. I have to do this to get into my premiere colleges and lead the life I've always wanted to live. Having 2 older brothers get into Brown and UF/one younger brother on the Florida national basketball team puts a huge weight on me of expectancy...
Should I do all of this for a scholarship to get into the top colleges? :/ It sucks bcuz i have this huge burden on my shoulder and it's like I MUST do this to please my parents/brothers/family because my family is honestly very successful.
    It just sucks :/
I'm sorry if I appear rude or am showing off, I'm just sortof ranting about this :/
    Thanks in advance

Do what you believe in buddy, its your life not theirs, i believe youre old enough to make your own choices in life, you only live once so use it well.

You can be successfull in so many other ways, a GPA of 3.5 is still good just remember we are all different and the grass is not any greener on the other side, have a good day bud:D

Ask yourself what you want to do and go with what you decide. Either path you take, it's not like you're a failure doing so -- don't sweat it. Just do what you want to do and do it well, it's your life after all. Good luck.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I wish I had graduated with a 3.5 gpa. You should be smart enough to realize that high school gp doesn't mean shit when you are in college. Don't stress over it.

I'm from Florida and UF is no big deal whatsoever. When I was in high school UF was sort of like the last resort that people chose when it came down to picking colleges. You say that there's a lot of pressure on you because on brother got into Brown and the other UF, but I don't think so at all. Also out of curiosity, what do you mean by the Florida national basketball team? The Orlando Magic or Miami Heat or college?..

True, it's just my parents expect so much from me tbh -their paretns were very strict on them-
But my younger brother plays on the AAU Florida National Basketball Team. so he's getting coleges left and right watching him.
