Need Help ASAP please.

I know this isn't the right thread but everytime I tried to post it in another thread it told me "unregistered" was already taken, and I cant login to my account and since I own an account it wont let me make a new on at my IP for some reason -.-. So forgive me for the post in the wrong area but it's the only thing I could think of...

I'm trying to log into my account but the phone that I had that I used the two-factor authenticator app on to log into my account got stolen and now I have no way of logging in. If I used someone elses phone and downloaded the app is there some way I can make that work so that I may login? cause otherwise I will never be able to use my account again. So please anybody, if you have any suggestions or help I really need to figure this out. thank you! <3
