How to overcome sadness

I don't really know the reason why I feel sad, I feel lonely as well and I think that my life has no point. I tried to listen to songs that makes me happy, play video games, etc. but it's only works for the moment. I don't think this is healthy and I don't want to feel sad.

Since late 2013, I kinda feel that I'm lonely and now, I feel sad, I don't know the reason why but I just feel sad. I don't know what to do, did this ever happened to you guys or was it just part of growing up (being a teenager)? I can't just really overcome it and I couldn't take it anymore. This isn't a troll if you ever think it is.

i'v lost most of my friends i have people that ignore me i fill lost inside like its empty and see no path out or don't see anything thats gonna happen to me kind fill completely blank like i don't exist so i truely understand where your comeing from.

but wat i'm trying and still trying to do is come over these issue's just small stuff.

 

If you don't want to feel lonely, don't be alone. Companionship is key for conquering that. Go out with your friends, meet new people.

 

Yeah true and it's like there's no escape from sadness...

Look forward to do something. Like plan a project to work on, like build a birdhouse, mod an xbox, etc. I always like to plan things ahead, so it keeps me busy. If not I just sit around and do nothing really and get bored. So maybe by doing this, it would help stimulate your feelings.

 

No reason to be sad or depressed is a very common issue. You don't have to have a reason to feel sad, so why do you have to have a reason to feel happy? Take control of your life, and do shit you don't normally do.

 

Time to visit a psychiator honestly, just try it.
