Assuming you were drunk it could work as an opener. I'd say it's always worth the shot. If anything you'd likely regret NOT saying something more than you would ever regret saying something silly. Assuming she likes you back, no matter her response things will go fine for you.

Honestly, what MMU said is right. I know right now it seems like it could be the end of the world if you get a bad reaction out of her if you make a move and it'll cause some great catastrophe, but it won't. I use to be the same and couldn't make the first move with a girl, but now that i'm in college I just said fuck it and it's working out a lot better.

Just make a move and tell her you wanted to kiss her. But yeah, saying like "Just making sure we didn't kiss or anything" would come off as negative to her.

Also please for the love of god stop referring to women as 'females'. I think thats your main problem.

(But actually, find something that doesn't make it seem like you didn't want to kiss her. I guarantee she won't respond like you think she will. If it were me, I'd probably say something like this while smiling: "I only vaguely remember what happened last night, would you like to have a re-enactment to help my memory?" Although this might not work for everybody - I'd just do it because I can get away with saying basically anything if I'm smiling.
