    cant breathe in bedroom

Everytime I go into my bedroom and shut the door, within 5-10mins at least one of my nostrils get clogged and i can't breathe. this sometimes leads to me having headaches from getting not enough oxygen. I also tend to panic if i can't breathe through my nose because I'm a dedicated nose breather which is never good. I had surgery for deviated septum two months ago. Lots of room up there now. I can stick my entire pinky up my nostril now. Still having trouble breathing in bedroom so is it safe to assume this is allergys? I try to clean and dust a lot but doesn't help. I read somewhere dust mite feces can be allergic to. I tend to masturbate often because it alleviates the symptoms.

so it's only your bedroom specifically that you can't breathe in, and jerkin it helps you breathe? yeah idk. i read up quick about dust mite allergies and this is what comes up:

Dust allergy symptoms are similar to those of pollen allergies:

    Red, itchy, watery eyes
    Runny, itchy, stuffy nose
    Sneezing

it's possible that your nose is getting really stuffy from them dust mites. ideally if you can follow the information given on this site http://www.webmd.com/allergies/guide/dust-allergies on how to remove dust mites/lessen their effect you should be good, otherwise id see a doctor

May sound like a stupid suggestion, but how is the airflow in your room?
You have like a little vent in there or maybe a vent in a window or something?
It might be worth cleaning/replacing that if you're really clean on your room and dust a lot.

    cant breathe in bedroom

There are several reasons why this may be occurring:
    Not enough airflow.
    Room is very dusty.
    Room is very dirty.
Room has something that you're allergic to.
You have a weird allergic reaction to something in your room most likely.
I personally believe that you may have Mold in your room, this VERY WELL MAY BE THE ISSUE. I'd really make sure that you don't, it can be under your carpet etc. Let us know how you're doing mate! Take care! :)

What is the size of your room? Are windows open often? I suggest cleaning your room on a regular basis.

Is it a cold bedroom, does it have any external walls?

    cant breathe in bedroom

Same with my room pal, does the same to me!

For some reason, my room is VERY dusty, I've never had this problem anywhere else. I smoke cigarettes in my room (causes part of the headache), and for some reason, it is always very humid, with minimal airflow. My home is also very elevated above normal ground levels.

The worst thing you can do, someone recommended it, is get a vaporizer. The dust + the humidity makes the headaches even worse.

So, my recommendation for you is if you have a window, open the window as wide as it will go, and put a fan on the windowpane facing outwards on maximum power. Dust very frequently, and make sure it's a decent duster (S****er). Not one of those scraggly dollar tree plastic ones, all that does is just shuffle the dust around in the air even more. If you smoke in the room, I suggest you stop, and deodorize it with an open dish/bowl/cup of vinegar in multiple areas. Plug in a glade thing or something also.

If your room is humid due to where you live, or elevation level, your boned on that part. But, as long as you keep the dust minimal you should be OK.
