Valentines Day

Hey, so in a little bit of a dilemma...

So currently, I have a fuck buddy with a girl from work. We've been FWB's since end of November. And with Valentines day coming up, I'm not sure if I should be obligated to get her anything special. I know for a fact she has feelings for me, and I also have them, but I don't want to start any type of relationship, since I'm going to Basic Training with the Army in about 5 months.

But anyways, I want to get her something, but I'm not too sure what I should get without overdoing it. I was thinking maybe some flowers and a dinner date? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

 

I would just get her something small like a box of chocolates, I wouldn't do flowers, but you could do a card (make it humerus, as you don't want to be too serious if you are leaving soon)

Fuck buddies arent girlfriends, taking it to that level A) makes things awkward B) doesnt progress well in that direction.

Unless you have serious feelings with her then in that case you should stop just fucking and become serious.

Lingerie sounds more suited to a fuck buddy than a dinner date imo.

Basically what Roary said, don't do that if you're not ready to take the relationship to the next level. That shows you may want something more and will confuse the heck out of her. I'd just take her back to your place as a valentine gift.

The fact that you refer to her as a fuck buddy pretty much answers your question right there, if you aren't serious about her (and if she has feeling for you) then don't lead her on. Just wish her a happy valentines day and have sex I guess lol

I wouldn't buy a "Fuckbuddy" anything because if you go around getting your fuckbuddy something for valentines day what is she going to think... she's your fuckbuddy not your Girlfriend/fiancee/Wife ... ^^


Obviously it's your decision and no one can make that for you whatever you get her make sure it's something she's going to appreciate and keep for along time... chocolates wouldn't be my idea of a valentines day but each for there own.

 

I dunno what kind of rapport you've built with her, but something like this may be acceptable.

 

Take her out to Burger King... that'll show where you guys stand as far as a relationship goes. Then, cards and/or flowers I guess. From what I gathered, girls love that junk no matter what, serious relationship or not. She knows you're going into training, so she should know better.
