Need advice on a girl! She is way older than me

Hey guys, long time no see! Hope everyone's doing more than fine. Today I am in need of personal advice, here is the situation:
I started working on this place around a month ago, I came to meet this girl, I am 19 years and shes 29, physically she looks like 19 or maybe 21-22 as max. I am bigger than her so it would look like a normal couple.

I mean we hang out together at work, we also go out for dinner together during the breakfast, there is a connection but she is 10 years older than me...!
When we talk we feel comfortable together so my work-mates are kinda like confused about us two (they think like "what are you doing dude?"... lol)

So what can you guys suggest? Should I keep on with "this", forget it and let it go or just keep being friends? If someone experienced a similar situation it would be nice to hear it!
