I'm Happy, Just want to ask

Well, I'm happy who I am,
I have a Nice job at MacDonalds and doing not best in class, but still good enough to be in the same grade next year (High)

I'm still battling my goal to become fit,
My muscle weight has increased mostly in the arms, since I been picking up trays of nuggets, which has sota put me off it, so I may have it maybe once a month

I can throw one of my friends, it's so funny, I cracked my friends back, which made him feel good, and as well I'm learning so much.

my plain is to playing Football (AFL Australian Football League) Next year, as I love sport, and this year i'm unable due to no team, which deeply sadden me for a month or two, and I lost who I was for at least 3 months, I became a "Dick" that's all changed, I have smarten up my attitude, don't care what people say, and try my best in everything that I find enjoyable, Special PE(SPORT) classes

    What else,
Ba the fact I am working on my grammar is sooooo bad, I'm going to be trying my best during my exams which is in 8 days, and depends if I pass or fail year 9

I want also to start doing small excuses in my bedroom,
I need some help with that? Is there any core training I could do in my room, as I don't like training around my family.

    BTW,
I'm 15 years old, very mature, and love Sythe.org

    Have a good nite,
    The Prime

To improve your grammar, read more novels & newspapers. Sports is good if you choose to excel, but you could get into some bad impressions if your English is sub-par & this could mar your sporting career.

Do push-ups & sit-ups in your room. You could search around for other exercises to perform in your room in private.

Take a break from working @ McD to concentrate on your exams. If you pass, then resume your job.

Here are some home exercises I found online
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/top-5-home-workouts-from-forum.html

There are 5 options made by 5 different people, Id go with the first or the second. If you choose the first option, add jogging for 10 minutes before you start. And when you're done jogging, do some stretching. Stretching like making circles with your arms, arms must be at your side and not your front. Leg swings, butt kicks, hip circles, air squat etc. Google it for examples if you need.

First thing, it's a good thing that you have a job on the side rather then doing nothing.

Gym wise, i can't really give any advice since i'm not a person who likes to train.

On grammar on the other hand, my method to learn how to type "correctly" or so to say is simply by practise which went from writing random essays to article writing (freehand/pc doesn't matter, referring to grammar not how tidy you(in general everyone) write) and getting a teacher/aunt/someone with qualifications or simply good grammar to correct them. Then i used to re-write them till i stopped making the same mistakes over and over.

Although i have to admit, everybody will make mistakes even if they know the subject by heart, but it's simply natural.

    good luck.

    Like others said before me...
Sort out your grammar before anything else,

    Next learn how to spell,

Finally lifting chicken nuggets isn't going to help build you muscle.

To aid spelling and grammar, do some extra assignments and have your tutors mark them and give you criticism. You'll soon learn. But most importantly, you have to put the time and effort in to it.

There are MILLIONS of work out videos on youtube for different things. Just search for what you want to build up and there will be hundreds of credible resources and instruction videos for simple, home use.

My grammar was atrocious when I was your age, you really just naturally progress and when you look back even just a year earlier you were like "Who the hell wrote that?" Good luck buddy.

Honestly, take up reading. It expands your vocabulary and will help with your grammar problem. By this I don't mean some trashy magazine but an actual novel. Also get into little things, when typing take the extra time to properly type everything. When texting, properly write everything. It helps form good habits that will carryover in all facets of writing.

As for things to do in your room there are only a limited options for calisthetics without investing in some equipment. At the very least you'll want some weights to lift during some exercises. Also its best to not do it in your room unless you want it to smell like shit after you've been sweating all through it. A garage or basement etc is ideal.

Like funbox said, it's good that you have a job behind you. Many your age don't. Try to balance your work with study.

As far as exercise goes, I can only recommend going to a gym. I can imagine the whole bedroom routine thing would be hard in the long-term motivation-wise. Just be open with your family about it.

Core excerises like push ups and sit ups.

You could even buy some light dumbells.

I have 10lb dumbbells in my room for exactly that. You can do soooo much with them. Body weight exercises are fantastic, pushups, situps, crunches, scissors, bicycles, planks, pullups, wall sits, etc. (a google search will tell you how to do each of them)

As far as improving grammar and what not my suggestion would be to read a lot. Don't pay too much attention to what everyone else reads. Everyone's tastes are different. Find things YOU enjoy reading.
