If you're set on doing something, taunting him to the point where he tries to attack you and then defending yourself would probably be your best bet. You'd really have to make sure it counts as self-defence, though.

 

Knife to the throat. Make him so scared of you he won't think of even stepping on your shadow let alone report you.

If he does stupid shit like this again, don't hit him. Hurt him.
Get him in an arm lock or something. Something that causes a lot of pain but doesn't leave a mark. Then make him apologise to you in front of everyone.
He will probably walk off all angry calling you a faggot etc, but he won't do it again because he wont want to be humiliated again..

 

Despite his setbacks, you still felt threatened enough by him to open this thread. The best thing you can do is to show him that you are unaffected by his bullshit. Act nonchalant around him.

It sounds like he gets off with how you and your friends respond to him.

 

One simple solution is to file a restraining order against him. If he comes anywhere near you within 200 yards or something like that, he can go to jail.

There's a fine line in Australia and it's pretty complicated between calling it self defense and getting charged with battery.

I'm not threatened by him. The point of making the thread was to find out how to deal with a him without getting charged for battery or assult. If I where to get into a fight with him he'd most likely end up in hospital.

Intimidating him more to throw the first punch won't happen, he's too much of a pussy. I'm pretty certain he's all talk and no action.

Probably won't put a restraining order as he isn't of any real physical harm to me. I also don't want to take such a petty matter to court anyway.

Anyway I'll probably just do what shoop said haha.

Just ignore him, keep calm, and laugh at him. If he touches you, then obviously defend yourself. He'll realize how retarded he sounds one day.

 

I've been in the same situation before. He's what I did and it's never failed for me. When he starts acting like a real knob, just stop whatever you're doing. Look at the guy, then raise an eyebrow. Next, look down at his feet and move quickly to his face. Then give either a chuckle or a laugh. What other people have said can work too
