Honestly, it just seems like you're tired. From what you've said, it seems like English isn't your first language? It's my first language, and I still feel weird and say the darnedest things when I'm really sleepy.

Oh, okay, sorry about that. "I'm very fluent in English" threw me off, as it seemed like you were talking about it in addition to another language. Either way, I still just recommend getting some rest :)

Perhaps you're tired as the above user previously stated. Take a nap and see if the situation persists. If so, slow yourself down and think before you talk. Imagine a word before you say it and see if that helps.

If problems persist seek medical advice from your local gp.

You should get some sleep, if the problem persists, you should go see a speech therapist.

This happens to me all the time or I'll speak way to fast and whoever I'm talking to will get mad and tell me to either slow down or shut up which is awfully mean to be honest. Lol

This just happens to me at random times I wont even be tired I'll just say things wrong or pronounce things incorrectly and it's always been that way but when I was young I did see a speech therapist for a few years and it helped. Nothing is wrong with me medically though. Like someone else said maybe you're just tired or not getting enough sleep. Or your mind could just be preoccupied with something else, like you're listening to the person talking to you and responding but you really aren't that interested in what's going on.

Only thing medically I can think of is a brain tumor which is serious but I'm not a doctor so don't get scared at all and if you're unsure about what's going on with you go speak to your family physician. I do know though that brain tumors make you speak oddly and talk weird.

You sound tired but go to the doctor as a precaution if it's still occurring later. You never know it could be dangerous for you.
