If she tells you that she doesn't like you in "that" way, tell her that it's cool, and that you were actually asking her if she wanted dinner with you and your friends or so

 

Same here bro, same here. I was told it was something to do with your early childhood, like a tramatic event that involved being denied or hurt whether verbally or physically.

I was confident in all area's except for this same area. Actually, searching for how to be confident, actually made me lose every ounce of confidence I had in every area to this day. Don't want to go into details, but I'd advise you to stop right here before you get into the same situation I'm in.

I started getting curious and searching for answers about the same exact time as you, and now I'm 16, and my life is fucked. It sounds really retarded, but I'm actually a prisoner of my own mind.
