    Losing weight and some weight loss questions

    I am not an overweight guy but would like to lose weight. I am almost 16 years old and weight 133. I am trying to get to 115-120 but not sure how to workout, what should I do? I have a treadmill at home so working cardio is not a problem.

    I know I have to have a healthy diet and need to work my cardio but for how long should I run and what speed should I do it at? I usually run at 6mph for 25-30mins everyday which doesn't get me too exhausted but has me sweating. Is running everyday okay and sometimes while running my leg muscles start to hurt. I heard that you need to give your muscles time to heal so can I do it daily? Can I run for 1 hour a day? Is that okay?

    I have stomach fat so will running and losing weight eliminate that or will I have to do separate sit ups to get rid of that even after losing the weight through runs?

    Also, can you tell me how much calories running a mile at 6mph burns and how much calories needs to be burnt to lose a pound?

    why do you want to go so low? 133 pounds is pretty healthy for someone of your age, how tall are you may i ask?

    OP, you are already skinny I assume because 133 isn't big at all, but its not to complicated. Honestly, the guy I quoted pretty well says it all. It less of bad things and exercise more. In my opinion its not necessary to get caught up in all the calories and what not. Just eat less and exercise more and you will lose weight.

    I assume this guy either means 133 kg or he is just a shortass I can't tell. Either way stop being so fat and lose some weight. :')

    i do 60 minutes of cardio @ ~ 8mph everyday, burn around 3-3.5 pounds a week.
