Valentine's Day Idea?

So I really like my best friend, and I'm thinking about getting her something for Valentine's Day. She doesn't know that I like her and I don't know whether she likes me or not, so I'm planning on sending an anonymous gift. At my school, they have these Valentine's grams with a single rose that the ASB delivers on the 14th, and I'm friends with the people that deliver them. I was thinking that I would buy her like a bouquet of other flowers, and then put a single rose in the middle (her middle name is Rose). And then add a note with like "You're one of a kind" or something to that effect. I'd have them deliver it along with the other things.

Is this a good idea? Do you have any better ideas?

 

That's so cute! It's been the same for practically a few years where guys get a large poster that asks 'will you be my valentine?'. It's about time that guys go back to old roots.

That's actually brilliant. Maybe add to the note to meet you someplace if you insist on it being anonymous but overall it's pretty amazing

I never liked "anonymously" giving away presents, it can lead to someone else taking your catch... lol

I'd give in person, and based off of her reactions decide how you want to move things from there.

 

Your idea sounds perfect and extremely clever. I'm not sure about the whole 'anonymous' thing - but I'm sure that won't matter in the end.

If anything, I would put a quote that only YOU would say in place of anonymous. That way, she will have a glimpse of who it is.

Unless you have balls of steel and you are prepared to get whatever outcome you will receive, then do it personally.

 

Send her everything exactly how you said you were planning to but instead of it being anonymous actually put thats is from you or make it anonymous and write your phone number on the card if you guys are best friends like you say then either way im sure she will enjoy the idea and it will maybe lead to something more? is she like super popular in school like do you think alot of people will be sending her flowers?

 

I really don't want to do it anonymous, but the problem is that she really is my best friend, and I know that she has no romantic feelings for me. Telling her how I feel would probably strain our friendship.

Yeah dude now I'm sort of in the same bucket. I thought a rose was going to be enough for this girl, now we're dating and all that and I feel like a rose isn't going to cut it at all -_-
