    ~ Professional Resume Writing Service | Dingo212 ~

    Hi,

Welcome to my Resume Writing Service. This is something I did when I was 22. I was jobless for 2 years and finally came out of it with brilliant resume. I am 26 and employed full time with a 50k+ salary. That aside.

This is going to be expensive in a sense that if you don't have a job and want resume done, then the cost will look high but I can assure you, that this resume will get you an interview. My current resume shows up in tons of Linkedin searches and gets massive views

Cost is non-negotiable as I put in 2 hours in to your resume. Again, if you are a teen, you don't need this type of resume. Having one will get you a job any places where teens work but you don't need a professional resume. Now if you are 20 or over, I highly recommend you one and get those jobs because jobs are flying outside of the North America and whatever left is under heavy competition. Only way to get them is experience. You get experience through jobs (lower jobs)

--- The Getting the Job process(with full or minimum required experience)

    - 50/50 Chance of your resume catching the eye of recruiter and being looked/read.
    - When it get read, you have 50/50 chance of getting interviewed. This is where I come in. I will make it look good and make the context very interesting, relative and professional.
    - Once you attend 5 interviews (successful or not) you will become an expert. This, I can only teach to IRL friends as it requires interaction.

Cost and rest of the information is to follow!

    --- Why a paid Resume?

[+] Surveys noted that it takes a recruiter 10 seconds to decide whether to read on your resume or not. Having worked as Human Resources Assistant during my college years, I can verify this claim since my manager got 100s of resumes per position & often had 1 day to decide on 3 - 5 potential employees to interview.

[+] Majority (51%) of your chances of getting a job simply relies on your resume/cover letter; whichever gets looked into first. Treat your resume as your key to the future (it is!)

    --- What I focus on:

[+] Make your resume visually attractive and interesting to read.

[+] Portray what you can do by revealing what you have done.

[+] Use result oriented approach. Some call it a functional resume.

[+] Keep it simple and straightforward. Avoid the obvious.

[+] Be accurate. Discrepancies will be discovered during 1 of 3 read-over after the resume is done.

[+] Pay attention to the balance of white space and type, as well as run-on sentences.

[+] Keep it short. One or two pages should be sufficient to identify accomplishments and present an impression of substance and capability.

--- Now that explains what you can get from me, I want to reiterate few mistakes people make in regards to their resumes.

-> Procrastinate...wait till they actually need a job to modify their resume.

-> Do not know how a resume can look and think they are fine the way they are.

-> Use employment services or Microsoft Word to get a template. Remember this is a no-no. Microsoft/typical template resumes shows you how lazy you are to a potential employer.

-> Think this service is expensive. I’ve started this after I did some resumes to close friends and they got hired and they were amazed at the responses they got regards to their resumes.

--- You may have questions such as 'How is the service is valuable? I am jobless and poor...is it affordable? Can he convince me on this service? Then you need to read far below!

-- What will you get: Sample Templates

    Template 2: http://img117.imageshack.us/img117/5737/template2zn7.jpg
    Template 3: http://img362.imageshack.us/img362/5352/template3ed3.jpg

    --- Pricing:

    Cost: $50
    RSGP: 80M

    --- Is this for me?

Chances: I want to reaffirm the claim I made earlier. Majority (51%) of your chances of getting a job simply relies on your resume/cover letter; whichever gets looked into first. This unfortunate fact goes true even if it’s a networked job (you were referred). Treat your resume as your key to the future (it is!)

Personality: Keep in mind that your résumé might be used to help justify the hiring decision to others who haven’t met you. It should convey not only your professional qualifications, but your personality. Like a beautifully crafted advertisement, it should magnetically attract the reader, create a picture of high potential, and differentiate you from your competition, including those who may appear more qualified than you.

    Reaction:
After reading your resume, employers should have the impression that you are an “A-list” player who knows how to deliver results and make an economic impact on the company. The employer’s initial focus is to find grounds for discarding resumes. If you have a bad, typical resume, it will definitely make a bad first impression and will get discarded. A mediocre or even average resume can knock you out of the running for positions for which you might be wholly qualified. Feedback from screeners is that an inviting-to read, ‘pretty’ resume is more likely to get into the interview pile. Resume-professionalism goes a long way to show you as a responsible up-to the job person.

Keywords: Unless you’re applying to a relatively small organization, it’s more likely that a support staff member or computer program, rather than a hiring manager, will be screening your resume and comparing it to a “walk-on water wish list” of superhuman endowments, education, and experience. That means you resume must be keyword-rich. However, none of us want to see the job description and then modify our resume accordingly. This is why I use a list top 20 keywords used in job search engines to code your resumes.

Functionality: A dynamite business resume documents your bottom-line profit orientation which is why I use facts and numbers to represent you. Numbers will make you look like a candidate who will make the company healthier or more profitable.

Samples: Below are some lines I would use if you've worked in the following institutions. Remember, I keep at least 2 - 3 lines of job description per job you've worked for.

    Tim Hortons (coffee chain)

    Before: served customers

After: In charge of cash flows and inventory control and trained employees in a friendly manner to maintain our highly valued customer base. [Note: count how many keywords are interlaced]

    Co-Op Placement Job (Engineering)

Before: Saved company money in first year by improving design and manufacturing process

After- Continuous improvement processes: Improved design and manufacturing processes, decreasing warranty costs more than $70,000 in first year [note: how you will continuously improve your employer]

    Gas Station

Before: Handled cash and pumped gas

After: Successfully interact with more than 300 customers, achieving $8,000 to $15,000 in sales per 8 hour shift while doubling Seasonal Specials sales goal [note: people love results & numbers]

    Research Assistant

Before: Researched in library and internet to write reports within days.

After: Being analytical and extracted pertinent information from a mass of data and produce quality reports for presentation of training applications in deadline-oriented environments. [Note: another example of keyword –rich sentence]

I hope that convinced you for a consultation with me! Please reply if you are interested :)
