haha thats why i asked if it was locked :P If you go into the store they will find its stolen when they unlock if the original owner has reported it lost/stolen.

You can unlock it via codes you get off the internet
You dont have to go to the carrier
Also i dont have the charger because im using it for my other phone

how does anything your saying make any sense? if its not unlocked that means it can still be used by verizon. therefore it is working. you can unlock it by googling the damn codes, what do you people not get?
