He is almost certainly using "Shoprunner." You can get a free month trial and when you cancel you free month they'll give you a free year.
Shoprunner lets you get free two-day shipping on MANY sites including newegg.
Don't buy into this

 

Where on earth are you getting your information from? First of all it doesn't take a genius to figure out I"m using ShopRunner, it's not like it's illegal to use or anything. Second of all, when you cancel your trial why on earth would they give you a free year?? Please before you embarrass yourself anymore don't come back to this thread... This service is for people that may need items as quickly as possible and have already used the trial or just can't get the trial.

 

Well first off, a month of Shoprunner is $8 (less than your $10 an item). Second, when you go to cancel your trial, they say "thinking of cancelling? how about 3 months on us!" Then they say if you buy 3 items with shoprunner in those 3 months you get an extra year for free. That's how they are promoting their company at the moment.
Either way this is a rip and is taking advantage of people who don't know what Shoprunner is.
