All items are brand new and are sold as they come from their own individual manufacturers. If on the rare chance that any items you receive are damaged in the post (DOA) you will be given 21 Days From receipt and a repair/replacement will be offered at no extra charge you will however be responsible for return shipping costs to the UK (USA & AUS return centres coming soon)


What happens if something goes wrong after a few months, are we completely on our own then?

We do also offer an extended 1 year manufacturer warranty to all our customers for any technical issues for as little as £1 a Month!!

This is available as an upgrade at the time of purchase on the site and can be bought as an annual fee of just £12 and will cover you for a whole year from date displayed on the receipt. This charge is simply in place as a standard service charge to cover any repair/replacement costs that may be required.


Please Note: This is not Insurance, Accidental or Liquid damage will make warranty Null and Void, we will only ever cover you for any technical issues that you may have with the actual standard software or hardware that is sold in the package.
