3. Your sythe.org username should be written on a piece of paper and included in your picture.

You should probably take another picture with a piece of paper containing your sythe username or else this may be locked.

As per the rules, you're required to have a picture of the product with a piece of paper with your Sythe name on it for proof of ownership. It's clear by your picture that your text was Photoshopped on.
