I'm pretty sure you can add VISA cards onto a PayPal account buy RSGP via that since you can verify VISA cards online (unless they changed anything recently).

I remember I used to do that for purchasing things via PayPal (when I had pre-paid VISA gift cards to use up from birthdays/graduations).

thanks, I didnt think of that, but I'll look into it right now. the thing is though, is that its hard buying RSGP via Paypal these days and when I buy RSGP, I usually do WU payments.
