maybe 6-7/10 tbh cuz honestly anything thats a replica will never be the exact same quality. so if your expecting a exact replica of beats by dre, you might as well but a authentic pair.

Bro those replicas only cost $2 on the street =\ Sorry for the spam but I don't think you made it clear enough regarding the sound quality, you can go buy any shitty pair of headphones and it'll be the same. These don't have surround sound build into them nor are they high quality, you can get the new $50 or $70 a stars which has surround sound and even has a mic on attached and they're headphones too.
