    no doesn't look like its going to work out with people sending you parts over $500.00 + You could easily go to a shop for 30-100$ custom built if you brought in all the parts.

    Doubt it'd be worth it, the cost of shipping alone would equal the assembly costs at your local techie store minus all the hassle, potential to lose your stuff, getting damaged in the shipping process etc.
