Not rare at all, but sometimes a name can hold some sort of value if its a cool thought up name that someone might want, thus giving you the chance to make $ off of your own creativeness, like a Runescape Name Entrepreneur o_0... Good luck haha

They may be cool but most don't want to pay for a mediocre name which would probably cost less then buying the membership for the name change. But are you selling these accounts or just asking? because your title is misleading if you are trying to sell them, if your're not selling them it really shouldn't be in this section.
