I'm not sure if you want the account to be combat 3 or have like 1 defence/1 prayer/1 summoning or whatever.
Deevee is selling D_______N for a reasonable price, it has some combat stats but if you don't mind you could buy that. A lot of people have been offering me names actually but most of the accounts have unwanted stats for me, but if you are less specific you can get a multi spaced name pretty easily.
