    If it's from your bank you can charge back and the owners account will be charged $25 as well as put into negative credits which will cost roughly another $20. So basically charge back and he can't use the account until he pays $45.

    charge it back dude... that'll teach him, it'll cost him a lot more putting that negative credit right on that account. maybe that'll teach him not to scam again.

    and maybe you should buy names from trusted members instead :p
