Q) Can you change your username on a BANNED (Pernamently disabled for botting) account?
I have a username that means a lot personally to me, but it's on a banned account unfortunately.

No you can't. But I heard Jagex will soon let you buy your banned accounts back

what you need to do is post the account name you want to get reviewed in that ^ thread. if you get "lucky" and they decide to unban you, you will certainly get rolled back in stats and probably in game wealth too then they'll send you message on how to fix your negative credits.. fixing negative credits in your acc is the hard part coz you only get a limited choice on how you can pay for it.
