I recently purchased this account off a member at the PowerBot forums and he has provided me with full recovery information and I have tested them during my spare time. He stated that he's quitting RuneScape and heading off to college and has no use for RuneScape anymore, hence, he's sold it to me for cheap.

Anyhow, I asked for a price check on this account which can be found below and members amongst this forum have voted that this account can be sold for 50M+. Although, I find 100M+ a little outrageous, I'm willing to let this account go simply for 65M.
