    As my title says I am looking for a level 3 account with a rare username. I dont want accounts with any combat levels but non combat levels are alright. Also I can only pay in RSGP.

    welllll...yassee, if its fine with you I have a little lvl 18 40 def pure with a total lvl of 725. if your cool with that:p he has a 4 letter name that you can actually pronounce:p
