Meh. Nothing will beat the original series, but I'll watch it anyways.

 

DBS is going to be amazing. It won't be like shitty GT since it's actually going to be made by Toriyama. Should be good, given that Battle of the Gods was good and the new Frieza movie looks good too.

You have a lot of faith in something that hasn't been that great in a very long time my friend.

 

That makes no sense. DBZ was great, and Toriyama's new movies are great. GT was not made by Toriyama so it's just not the same thing.

 

This is going to be amazing, I usually don't watch english subs but this is going to be an exception

man, dragon ball was the shit in my childhood.

ill def keep an eye to this.

 

The new movie with Bills was shit in my opinion compared to movies like History of Trunks or Broly.

 

But the series can only move so far forward that's why after the first 2-3 super say in transformations went through it wasn't so special.

We will never have the wonderful feeling of seeing the first super sayin transformation.
Or freak out because there's a stranger all of a sudden who is a super sayian and can challenge goku


After repetitiveness and breaking certain boundaries there's only so far the series can go.

 

Well obviously it wasn't as good as History of Trunks. That's like comparing Phantom Menace to Return of the Jedi. Battle of the Gods wasn't something super amazing like anything with Future Trunks but was great in the realm of new ideas and something different from old DBZ. It just shows that Akira Toryiama still has ideas and it showed off the sweet new animation of the 21st century.

 

idk, re making things that have had previous success is a bad formula i think, always seem to flop

 

It's not a remake, it's a continuation of the series.

 

It's like continuing Dragon Ball with Dragon Ball Z...

 

I think it will probably suck, but I will watch it tho... Lol nothing beats childhood memories.
