I currently have nothing on League to show you guys, as I normally don't do ranked as I normally play with friends, but when I play ranked as my preferred role (mid/top), I almost always succeed and either carry or play a big part in the team.

ToS (Terms of Service):
1. If I do not complete the order within the guaranteed time(normally one week, but longer if the order is massive), I will refund in full what you have paid and you, obviously, will keep your elo/ip gained.
2. You will pay half of the amount before I begin the service, and the further half after the service has been completed. An MM may be used if it's possible.
3. RSGP conversion rate is fixed at $0.30/m if you're paying by GP.​
