    Like the title says! I am looking to buy a LoL PBE Account. I want it cheap ($5 - $10) since you get free RP and IP each week, just for logging on. I don't want any "I have rare//expensive skins!" as well because of that. I already have a account and would like to get this one for my friend for Christmas.
