    Off topic but can you tell me how he recovered?
    I recently bought a LoL account here for paypal and he changed the email on the account to my email, is there anyway he can still recover the account?

    Im really scared to put RP on it because of this, its possible he could just recover it and it will all be lost.

    They recover through there. If the original owner knows the ip he signed up with/registered email/some rp purcahses/paypal info he can get it back even if he changes email to yours.
    Don't even bother really buying league accounts unless the seller is like trusted.
