requirements depend on type of lures you would want to be doing
preferably maxed combat but accepting all levels
must have a reasonable cash stack(mainly for showing wealth in trade, etc)
looking to have a partner who will help improve lures that currently exist and also help me create entirely new lures to try out.

i dont think anyone would trust you enough you would have to pay to join ect

 

most lures now dont even involve the lurers risking anything. its mostly showing cash, wealth, etc the hay day of purple red etc is gone
