    Hello , I recently bought a runescape 07 account from playerauctions, The worst decision i've made in a long time.
    To make a long annoying 3 weeks short;

    - I purchased the account for 113$
    -Seller does not hand over registered email address
    -I open a dispute saying that he can recover the acct, and I want my money back unless he hands over the registered email address
    -I email seller, seller lies to me( took pictures of it) and tells me i don't need it and that it is in no way linked to the account.
    -I eventually convince seller to accept my request to change registered email address.
    -I email Pamanualarbitration and say that he has given me the email address, and that they can pay him ( THANK FUCK THEY DIDNT)
    -Account gets locked shortly after this
    -I am faced with the recovery form which say" the account has no registered email address" . And a list of information they need which i could not possibly know.
    -Seller recovers the account by the same evening( i logged in to check the status throughout the day)
    -I have been frantically emailing PA for getting in on a month now, and they are IGNORING ME. The first time i emailed them about the dispute, they replied the next day, and now they can't?
    -They are ignoring me and they still have my money. I am very angry, especially since they are based in LA, US.
    -I have some pictures of evidence, and am debating getting a lawyer. Not just for the small amount of cash, but because they are ignoring me and withholding my money.

    IDk what to do but I am very pissed off. I went on complaints board only to find hoards of people who have also been scammed by PA.

    have been emailing them, they wont reply. Their customer support line is non existant. It goes through to a fax. I went on complaintsboard and most ppl complaining there got the same thing

    anybody have any tips on what to do?
    Is player-auctions even a real business based in the US or have I been scammed by some fakers from china?
    I don't know what to think about this because they have clearly scammed me for the 113$.
    I paid for insurance which is supposed to guarantee i get my money back if this happens.
    Have any of you been scammed by pa?

    PA is honestly shit. They owe me $160ish and after 3 months they still havent changed by paypal email address to the correct one despite me pestering the livechat on over 5+ occasions.

If ur a scammer its a great site for u to make money their 100% safety guarantee is fkn bs i bought an account 200$ 4 days later it gets revovered they never answer my calls anymore or emails paypal didnt give me.money back even after dispute opened . i wud never use them again fucking bastards

    I am at the point where I am ready to take all of the evidence I have and get a lawyer. This is absolutely ridiculous and at this point I am openly furious. I'm so god damn mad these idiots think they can steal my bloody money.

    Don't forget PA was at its peak, in 2014. I'm sure that there was just too much going on but that still isn't a valid reason to why they, didn't take their time to handle your conflict. If your telling the truth then it's good but make sure to post screenies. PA will reply to you soon hopefully

    Couple Notes:
    - We are deploying a new ticketing system for disputes this quarter which should remove the risk of any inbound or outbound emails getting caught in junk filters
    - For game account reclamation cases, the first email which goes out should appropriately set expectations that it is generally a 14 day process to reach resolution. However, 3 weeks is longer than that, so I shall have to review these cases one by one

    I realize you will find some of my emails belligerent, but whoevever u have working there ignoring me for a month when they dont have the authority to do so, i think deserves some belligerence. Also, the idiot who ive been scammed by has just emailed me , calling me a scammer and saying" smell my farts".

    This is so bloody ridiculous. The loser just told me to smell his farts, with your own messaging system, after he stole the account i paid for, and you guys can't figure anything out or put 2and 2 together.

    I EMAILED YOU GUYS 3 DAYS BEFORE the order got cancelled, and you cancelled it anyways. He thinks I wanted this to happen and keep the account. He seems as idiotic as you guys since, There is no possibility that I could have kept the account without a registered email address on it, nor ANY of the information required on the huge list of info required to recover the account.

    I am also willing to temporarily let you guys onto my email account and review my sent messages.
    this whole thing can be solved if you see the email I sent you, and the date.
    I asked you guys to pay him before this became a mess.

    another full day and even after this, you guys are still ignoring me, and wont even respond to my hotmail.

    So pathetic.

    They've ignored me for almost a month now. 100% deliberately because they have most likely given my money to the scammer, and don't want to deal with their mistake. pretty obvious.

    The guy who scammed he has my money, and pmed me on PA to " Smell my farts scammer boy".
    Its shocking to me that Pa is an american business. You people operate no better than one of those dirty gold selling websites out of china.

    Hi mate,

    I received your PM (and will be responding shortly). People's advice for patience are pretty solid, in that I despite my work done on the weekends, I usually do not go *into* the office until Monday.

    I am, however, back in the office, today, Sunday evening, just for your issue. If there is something I can do, I will, but for my part, I will be doing my own investigation. If further action is needed which I cannot resolve (such as an additional fraud review, or there is a bug which needs IT's assistance, or there is a finance related issue), then you may have to wait one additional day for the rest of management to be in the office on Monday. I say this, just to appropriately set your expectations.

    Not to worry mate, I will be looking into this for you.
