I choose to believe you'll use this for whitehat purposes. I don't take responsibility for anything on the website or its advertising, I just know it works as a skype resolver.

 

Why is this even allowed here? What purpose could it have besides revenge or malice?

 

It can be useful for linking skype accounts to sythe accounts, checking if someone is on a vpn, etc.

 

Does it change the fact that it's a hacking tool? Are you guys not considered black hat for stealing information that isn't supposed to be public?

Do you think this tool's creation was made for what you explained?

Ips have always been public and who cares if someone knows your ip even if you got ddos only takes 2mins to change your ip. I rather know there ip so I can search and see if I'm dealing with a scammer or not.

 

It's not personal identifiable information, but it can lead to things in relation. Think of an IP as a phone number. A phone number is public, but by what measures? An IP address opens the gate for malicious activities. You're still stealing personal information. You can use this program if you please, but the discussion of it should not be allowed as it's uses are usually for malicious intent.

 

you dont own your ip address and your internet provider can revoke your connection at any time. just because you have someones ip you cant steal someones personal information unless you are able to connect to a server of some kinda on there machine. Phones are the same as your internet NSA is all up in your shit lol so privacy has gone out the window long time ago. internet soul purpose was to be made the information highway and look at all the advancements in technology today if your scared of someone having your ip thats the least of your worries all the information that is sent out to other countries is monitored by the U.S which to me is alot worse then someone having my ugly ip address

its not a hacking tool or meant for malicious use... i have a firewall in my house and i can see any ip i come in contact with so what your telling me is my firewall is a hacking tool?

I think you are delusional. A hacking tool is used to gain unauthorized access to data in a system. Google skype resolver and view all the hacking forums discussing it.

Do you even know what white hat security is??? oh thats where people get paid to test different hacking/exploits on sites servers and operating systems for a good cause my friend so people who try to do malicious acts are unable to... so unless skype resolver can ddos people or gain access to there machine magically its not a hacking tool its used for information purpose only why do u ever speak on shit u have no clue on do u even know what a ip is or what telnet did back in the day?
