Contact KMJT. He runs quite a large botfarm, and has been doing so for quite some time.

What is a profitable bot farm

In general with a bot farm, the more saturated/public the skill/script/method is, the less profitable and higher risk it is.

Just bot something that is semi profitable. If an item is heavily botted expect frequent bans. So stick to something where profit is made even if it's a little amount.

Don't do stuff that is popular like woodcutting. It will just become a hassle fast. Find methods that are not saturated.

I'd look at some of the premium monkey making scripts. This honestly depends on how much time you have to run your bot farm. You can either do quick profit on throw away accounts meaning you make the cost of the membership/bond + some profit then get banned. This is risky and requires time as you have to constantly be trading over all profit to a mule acc or something, however some scripts have this built in, or you could work on getting accounts with some levels and running a long term fine i.e doing lava drags or something however the ban rate is still high.

What is a profitable bot farm

Ive been running my hunting script for about a day or so now and no bans both accounts are 50 hunting now so that's good also been running my mining farm 1 account was banned because I did not enable my break handler.

Does anyone think the regular chins are profitable?

Nobody's going to give you a credible answer; profitable methods are kept secret or between a few for as long as is possible, usually. I would recommend looking in to purchasable guides and so on; but even then they're pretty well known methods.
